From Giraffe’s city centre cafe and professional kitchen in Perth, as well as creating tasty food and drinks, they also provide opportunities to people from all over Perth and Kinross and beyond. The ethos is strongly rooted in inclusion for all. Giraffe trainees attend for training, socialisation, personal development, supported work experience and more.
Those that Giraffe works with have barriers such as learning disabilities, autism and mental ill health (although not exclusively) – and they help them move towards independence and playing a meaningful part in their community.

Whether businesses are based in a rural or urban area, we want the new Partnership to be a two-way channel of communication to help us understand and champion local business priorities.
Perth Farmers’ Market takes place on the 1st Saturday of every month. There are around 50 stalls selling a variety of quality local produce, and there’s also a craft section.
The Producers themselves run their own stalls and they love to chat to their customers. You can find out lots of interesting facts about the products and there are sometimes samples so you get the chance to try before you buy!
We also offer one-off stalls to local businesses to promote their products or services giving you the opportunity to find out what is available in the local area such as hotels or tourist attractions or to obtain information about a particular subject such as recycling.
Perthshire Businesswomen’s Network, or PBN as our members and associates know us, is a networking group based in Perth, Scotland, for women carving out a career, building a business or promoting a great product or cause. Our members come from all walks of life – from the CEO to one-woman bands, part time in the arts to retired or taking a career break. You will find yourself among bright, forward-thinking women at various stages of their careers and working lives.
The Partnership is developing a strong working relationship with Perth & Kinross Council, and is recognised as the preferred partner between the local authority and business in our region.
